When will the beach be raked/clean/groomed?
Tide cycles usually remove modest amounts of material from the beaches. However, the beaches are inspected every day first thing in the morning to determine if mechanical beach cleaning is needed to protect the health and safety of the general public from dead fish on the beach. Please note, it is a natural occurrence for a certain amount of odor, seaweed and dead organisms/fish that needs to be expected.
My sea wall is collapsing; what can I do?
Contact a marine contractor that specializes in seawall repair and replacement.
How can I make a request for a sign/sign maintenance on the water?
It depends on who the owner of the sign is (ie…local, State, Federal). You may contact Collier County Coastal Zone Management for assistance with identifying ownership.
