Noise - Is a commercial business/ restaurant/bar required to get any type of permit for music?
An Amplified Sound Permit is required for any commercial business or nonresidential land use (such as but not limited to: public park, amphitheater, fraternal organization, or church) which conducts outdoor entertainment activities within 2,500 feet of any property of residential use or residential zoning district.
