How do I speak at a BCC Board meeting?

The public may attend Board of County Commissioners (BCC) meetings in person or online. Meetings are broadcast live with closed captioning on Collier Television channels 97 and 98, and are also live streamed on the Collier County, Florida Facebook page.

To speak in person:

Complete a speaker registration form, available in the hallway outside the boardroom, before your item is discussed. Submit the form to the meeting emcee on the left side of the dais. Your name will be called when your item is before the Board and before any vote.

To speak remotely:

Submit the online speaker registration form. The registration link is available on the Thursday before the meeting and must be completed before the meeting begins. To register, visit the Calendar of Events, select your meeting, and complete the form. You will receive participation instructions by email before the meeting.
The meeting agenda is available on the Collier County Government website under the Meetings and Agendas section.
For additional information, visit the Board of County Commissioners website or call (239) 252-8075.
