Does the County offer Paper shredding?
Daily: Shred up to 20 pounds of paper free of charge per vehicle at Naples, Marco Island, North Collier or Tim Nance Recycling Centers, Monday to Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The paper is kept in a locked bin until it is shredded. There is a $1.00/lb charge after the 20lbs free allotment is met
Monthly: Please be advised of an important update to our shredding services. Due to vendor availability, live paper shredding has been moved to the 3rd Saturday of every month. We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause. As an alternative, you may continue to bring paper to any recycling center for drop-off shredding, which is available five days a week. Shredding services remain free for the first 20 lbs.
