Hoarding is a serious problem that can negatively affect an entire neighborhood by leading to various health issues including pest infestations. If someone is hoarding in your neighborhood, please contact Collier County Code Enforcement. If other issues are observed by Code Enforcement during their investigation, they will contact the appropriate agencies. Often hoarders also keep too many animals. If you think someone is keeping too many animals to properly care for them, please contact Domestic Animal Services or you may file a complaint
