YES, in most cases. You must check with Collier County Building Department customer service. If the Collier County Building Division determines no permit is needed, the shelter/ feeding structures will still need to be a minimum of 30 feet from any lot line, and a minimum of 100 feet from any residence on an adjacent parcel of land.
