Yes, if a Business Tax Receipt (home occupational license) is obtained through the Collier Tax Collector.

Any business operating anywhere in Collier County (even inside city limits of Naples ,Marco Island or Everglades City) must have a county business tax receipt. The Business tax receipt is for the privilege of engaging in a business activity either for profit or non-profit.
