Any construction activities and site preparation activities shall only occur during the hours of 6:30 am-7:00 pm Monday through Saturday. No construction activities or site perpetration activities are permitted on Sundays or on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
