LIHEAP - Florida Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program
The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is a federally funded initiative that assists income-qualified families with heating and cooling expenses. Florida Commerce administers LIHEAP and distributes funds to community action agencies across the state. Program benefits differ by state, so qualifying elsewhere does not ensure eligibility or the same level of assistance in Florida.
