Collier CARES Program- How do I check the status of my application?
To check the status of your Collier CARES assistance application, please click here and log into your Portal Account.
As your application enters different stages of the review process your application status will change.
It is encouraged to check your Portal regularly as this is how the Processor will communicate to the Applicant if additional information is needed.
*Please DO NOT call for the status of your application. If there is an issue with your application someone will reach out to you directly within your Portal. Please log into your File on the Neighborly Portal and check your Tasks as often as possible!*
Due to the high volume of Applications, the review process is taking approximately 6 - 8 weeks after the deadline date of the Sector you applied for to be approved or denied.
