Collier CARES Act: Not-for-Profit, Health Care, and Public Safety Agenices Information

If there is an issue with your application someone will reach out to you directly within your File on the Portal. It is encouraged to log into your File often to check for correspondence from your Reviewer!
All communication needs to be done directly on the Portal.
Due to the high volume of applications, the review process will take about 4 weeks after the deadline date of October 26th.
Who is eligible to apply?
- 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(19) nonprofit organizations or
- Collier County hospitals
- Nursing homes
- Community health providers
- Public Safety providers, such as municipal police departments, Collier County Sheriff’s Office, Fire Departments
- Non-Collier County Board of Collier County Commissioners safety providers
All Relief funding must be used on incurred expenses related to COVID-19 between March 1st, and December 30th, 2020.
Some examples include, but are not limited to:
- Medical Expenses – Emergency medical response expenses
- Public Health - Communication and enforcement, medical and protective supplies, and disinfection
- Payroll Expenses for Public Safety and Public Health Services - Employees whose job duties are substantially committed to the COVID-19 response
- Actions to Facilitate Compliance with Public Health Measures - Sanitation measures, food stability and unforeseen teleworking costs
