Collier CARES Individual Assistance Program- Who can I contact if I have problems or have a question?

Please DO NOT call to check on the status of your request as this will slow down our process of approving and distributing assistance.

Save your password and case number and you can go back into the Portal System at anytime to check on the status and progress of your application.

You can check your Application Status on the CARES Portal by logging into your account at:  CARES Portal.

Do not email staff directly, they will NOT respond.

All questions and responses must be done in your file in the Portal System in the Tasks section.
