PACE is a State program which was recognized by the Board of County Commissioners for alternative funding. The Board of County Commissioners approved the establishment of a
PACE program in Collier County pursuant to Section 163.08, FS. and the
levy of voluntary non-ad valorem assessments by separate governmental entities
including Florida Green Finance Authority (Res. 2017-128), Florida Pace Funding
Agency (Res. 2017-153), Florida Resiliency and Energy District (Res. 2017-129),
and Green Corridor Property Assessment Clean Energy District (Res. 2017-127).
Collier County is not affiliated with any of the PACE programs or providers.
These programs are independently owned, operated, and maintained. This program
is available to property owners if they choose to participate in the program.
The county does not promote or sponsor the program.
