Beach Parking - How do I dispute a parking citation?

To dispute a Beach Parking citation, visit the Collier County Florida Patron Portal, where you can search for the citation, pay, or submit a dispute.
After a dispute is submitted:
• The Park Ranger Supervisor will be notified to review the dispute.
• The Park Ranger Supervisor will forward the information to Code Enforcement only if a hearing is needed.
• If the citation is sent to Code Enforcement, the ticket information will be entered into CityView for hearing activities.
• Citations cannot be paid through CityView at any time.
• CityView will only have the operational costs and any penalties ordered by the Special Magistrate. Only these fees will be payable through CityView.
