Code Enforcement & Animal Control removes deceased domestic animals, excluding wildlife, from public property and public roadways.
When submitting a 311 Service Request or calling Code Enforcement & Animal Control at (239) 252-6958, please provide the following information:
• The species of the domestic animal to be removed
• A detailed description of the exact location of the animal (must be on public property or a public roadway)

**Collier County cannot remove deceased animals from private property or within any development or community.**
For deceased wildlife on public roadways, please contact the Collier County Road Maintenance Division at (239) 252-8924 for removal.
**Please note that Code Enforcement & Animal Control no longer accepts anonymous complaints regarding Animal Control Ordinance violations, including requests for deceased domestic animal removal from public property or roadways. This policy supports transparency and accountability.**
