Estates Animals - What kind of animals can I have in the Estates District?

You are able to keep horses and/or livestock (no hogs/pigs unless you meet certain requirements), not to exceed two (2) such hoofed animals per each acre.

No open feedlots for horses and/or livestock, and any roofed structure for the shelter and feeding of such animals shall be a minimum of thirty (30) feet from any lot line and a minimum of one-hundred (100) feet from any residence on an adjacent parcel of land.

You are able to keep fowl or poultry, not to exceed twenty-five (25) in number, such fowl or poultry must be kept in an enclosure located a minimum of thirty (30) feet from any lot line, and a minimum of one-hundred (100) feet from any residence on an adjacent parcel of land.
