SHIP Down Payment - How do I get information regarding the Down Payment Home Buyer Program?

The SHIP funds provide down payment and closing costs assistance to First-Time Homebuyers purchasing in Collier County to purchase a newly constructed or an existing single family home or condominium.
Eligible perspective homebuyers must income qualify under the HUD definition.
The Maximum award amount is based on income levels such as : Very-Low income $50,000, Low income $30,000, and Moderate Income $20,000.
An additional $5,000 may be included for Essential Services Personnel.
